ORDERING IS EASY

Ma-ia Family products can only be ordered via our online store. You can order if you are of age and you have filled out all up-to-date necessary information about payment, personal information and contact information.

All displayed prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice. When ordering inside the EU, your price is shown directly on each product page. Prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Our store is based in Finland. If you are ordering outside the EU, please note that the order total does not include duties, taxes, and other fees as these are to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All products are primarily sold at the price they have in the online store. We reserve the right to cancel the sale if there is an incorrect price due to technical or human error, in case of a clear mistake or if the sale is exceptionally low. (Contracts Act 32§).

You can order our lovely Ma-ia Family products by adding them to your shopping basket and paying the total of your order. When you pay for your order, you accept the terms of services of your order, prices of the products and shipment costs. When you order, we send you an order confirmation e-mail. It lists all your products with their prices. Couldn’t be easier!

 

WHY DOES MY BANK STATEMENT SAY PAYTRAIL?

Ma-ia Family’s payment service provider is Paytrail, a licensed payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. (Paytrail Oyj, 2122839-7). Paytrail forwards your payment to us, and that is why it is shown on your bank statement as the recipient of your payment. The transaction is between you and us, and that is why all order-related obligations are ours.

Paytrail makes online shopping safe, as all information regarding your payment are transmitted via an encrypted connection.

 

CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments through credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron), Paypal and mobile payment methods. Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.

 

DELIVERY TIME 

If the products that you order are in stock, the estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days in Europe and 3-10 business days in rest of the world. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction if the item you have ordered is not available.

We ship using DHL's, GLS's and Posti's (Finnish National Post Service) delivery methods. Posti's partner couriers and/or carriers may vary in different countries. We mainly use GLS inside of the Europe and DHL in rest of the world. GLS delivers orders mainly to customers home address.

Please note that once your order has reached its destination, the item(s) will be available for pickup (or delivery to your home) for a certain amount of days only. The number of days is specified by each carrier. If you fail to pick up the item(s) from the carrier within this time, the item(s) are returned to us by the carrier. Such orders do not equal a return and are subject to a processing cost of 15 euros.

 

How to Return

We would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We offer you 30 days to return or exchange your item.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for a refund or an exchange under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.

The item is returned within 30 days of the receipt date.

Please fill in this return form carefully and send it with the item(s) you are returning. If you’re unable to print out this form, an informal notice accompanied by your contact info, order number and details of the returned goods will be sufficient.

It’s your responsibility to cover the cost of postage when returning items from outside of Finland. You’re free to choose the form of delivery yourself.

It can then take up to few weeks for your refund to be fully processed. Please retain your proof of return until you receive your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

We want you to love our products. If you have received a Ma-ia Family product with material or production errors, please contact our customer service, so we can solve the problem with you.

We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper handling and disregard of care instructions.  

 

DISCOUNT CODES

If you have a discount code, remember to activate it at check-out before ordering. We cannot activate your discount code after sending your order.

You can use only one discount code per order. If you return the order you used your code on, we can send you a new code. Discount codes cannot be transferred to money.

 

IMMATERIAL RIGHTS

Ma-ia Family online store has intellectual property material with copyright and trademark protection. We reserve rights to the Ma-ia Family online store and its contents. Online store user does not have the right to copy, even partially, any material, or pirate, duplicate, save, transfer, re-send, share, publish, add to other material or download to their own devices any material related to our services, including texts, pictures, trademark, logos, graphics or music, without explicit written permission by the right holder. Use of online store products, trademarks, and company or business ID’S is forbidden, unless the right holder has given an explicit written permission beforehand.
