Flower tulle skirt, black

Is there anything better than a skirt with a voluminous hem AND tulle on top? We think not. This happens to be that skirt. The skirt has a shorter slip underneath. The tulle on top has embroidered flowers and leaves and the waistline elastic. Perfection!
